Consider for a moment the month in which blessings are pouring down from the sky. We are spending hours of that month in a round of illegal profiteering. Then how will mercy fix our bad affairs. How can we even imagine that the prayers of Ramadan will be able to reform us. In the month in which the reward of worship increases many times, we are winding thorns in our feet even in this blessed month, then how can we expect that Allah will heal us with the zeal of His mercy. Allah gave us a chance. When we ourselves instead of taking advantage of this opportunity, we are bent on turning our backs. So how will God's mercy reach us? Forgiveness finds us. In those moments when we walk on the earth with firm feet. When we are rejecting forgiveness, how will forgiveness shadow us in those moments, when we will not have the strength to stand on our feet. This is a momentary thought.
It is extremely important to know what message Ramadan brings to the Muslim Ummah. Fasting is a manifestation of extreme love and devotion to Allah Almighty. The fasting person does not worry about anyone's praise and description, nor does he ask for reward from anyone. The only thing the fasting person wants is that his Lord accepts his pure offering in His presence, the creator of the universe says. Mother, fasting is for me, I will do it as a reward. While fasting is the name of enduring the severity of hunger and thirst in order to obey God's commandments, we also get many messages from fasting. One section of our society is the one who is completely happy, has wealth, all the luxuries are provided, the other section is the one who is struck by poverty and destitution, he is not even blessed with two meals a day. Allah has established the system of Zakat and Sadaqat to fulfill the needs of this second class, but those who live in luxury and comfort do not understand the distress and anxiety of these poor people who spend millions to fulfill their needs. They do, but their pockets become tight for the poor people of the society, it is a matter of great disrespect for us.
Islam prescribed fasting in order to create a sense of the severity of hunger and thirst among other people, so that one who endures the hardships of hunger and thirst for a month can imagine the hardships of those helpless and forced people who suffer this hardship for a whole year. face the It is as if fasting teaches us that we should come forward to help and support the poor and disadvantaged people of the society. Unfortunately, there are many wealthy people who fast in cold offices, air-conditioned houses and cars, while sitting on a table full of various types of food, colorful fruits and drinks in the evening, while the poor and poor are sitting outside in the streets and roads. Dar does not even realize the needs of Muslim brothers. It is quite possible that someone in our neighborhood is fasting with a sip of water on an empty stomach and is looking at someone's hands for food at the time of breaking the fast in the evening. Islam teaches us to take care of their needs.
In what condition are we in India, a large part of our nation deserves help and it is our responsibility to help this part. Because of this, they also make their school going children work during Ramadan, which covers the expenses of Eid, but the education of the children is greatly damaged. As if they have to work hard to celebrate Eid. Or those who do not have permanent employment, who earn only two meals a day or a little more than that by doing labor here and there, which is insufficient in this inflation. To celebrate Eid, such people do not have to rely on other people's discarded old clothes or buy cheap old clothes from the market. There are also some parents who are unable to fulfill their children's wishes and stubbornness. This is the pain that makes the heart of the brave cry. It is this feeling which compels poor people to buy new clothes for their children by borrowing or in some other way, and many of our rich people scorn rather than support this feeling. If not, why is there a need to take a loan and buy new clothes? Is it not possible to celebrate Eid without new clothes? This is also something to think about. If we examine all these things closely, we will know how much our Muslim society deserves our help.
We should know that the nation needs help not only in the month of Ramadan, but we are in need throughout the year in one way or another, but our behavior is that we pay the entire Zakat in Ramadan. Don't save anything for later. Let's try it from this blessed month of Ramadan. If we collect the Zakat money in one place during the month of Ramadan and systematically spend it on the deserving people, some money can be saved which can be spent on other works of the nation. This system should be started from the neighborhood, neighborhood or village. This month of Ramadan is very blessed. Allah Almighty has given many opportunities to get reward in this month and Alhamdulillah the Muslim nation can earn reward in this month. It makes every possible effort, in which the aid of the poor and the needy is also given. We pay our zakat or alms individually, and the fact is that we usually do not find out who is deserving and who is undeserving. Our aid does not reach the real beneficiaries, but it is taken by fake fakirs, pretending to be poor, and the poor and donating people, and the real beneficiaries are left helpless in their own grief. In our society, the collective system of Zakat and Baitul-Mal has been well managed. My request is to these Muslim brothers and sisters to send their zakat, sadaqat and aid to the deserving people through special institutions and funds, so that their Ramadan Eid can be easy.
May Allah Ta'ala give us the opportunity to wrap up the blessings and blessings of Ramadan. Ameen!
