Women hold an important position in the society. A woman has been sent by Allah as a blessing to man in the form of mother, daughter, wife. In the case of a mother, the child, in the case of a daughter, the father, and in the case of a wife, she serves the husband throughout her life, because the respect that Islam has given to women is not found in any other religion. In fact, woman is the great person who nurtures and educates the society. The role of women in the development of the country is not hidden from anyone. Today, women in every field are using their skills in the development and prosperity of the country. Over time, changes took place and the impact of these changes on every section of the society, how could women be an important part of the society? Today she is a teacher, doctor and engineer and has honed her skills in almost every field, from flying airplanes to small businesses. That is why it is said that the image of the universe comes from the existence of women. And why not? Women make up almost half of the world's population and are making their mark in almost every area of life, from household responsibilities.
Although in earlier times, women had more responsibilities and were very busy. While in today's era, there are not so many responsibilities on women. It is also a fact that the mechanized age has provided many facilities to women due to which their kitchen work has become easier, such as washing clothes, cleaning the house, maids and machines are also available for all these tasks. They have some other responsibilities. Teaching children, doing their homework, dropping them off to school, fetching them, etc. Apart from this, there are also working women who are handling the responsibilities of the house well along with their work. Because today's women are giving full support to men in one way or another in economic self-sufficiency. A woman naturally has those qualities that cultivate generations. It is the right of a woman to have a respectable position in the home and society. It is our national responsibility to strengthen women economically, socially and politically, to protect their rights and interests and to provide them with equal opportunities without any discrimination. They have to explain what building a good personality means for social development. In view of the current situation, women's skills should be harnessed to run the domestic and national systems. In addition, efforts should be made to highlight employment education and training at all levels. Especially girls should be provided career counseling according to practical life. Training institutes should provide better education as well as employment. Women who are working in different fields should also be counselled. A system should also be developed where such women can be contacted easily.
The role of women is very important in the construction and development of the society. It is true that in the world today, women are stepping out of the house and performing their duties diligently in the fields of their choice. That is why educated and intelligent women have to join practical politics and play their role in eradicating backward thinking and attitudes from the society. The struggle of women is very important in our society. If we want to make a change as individuals or as a group, what weaknesses do we have to overcome and what strengths do we have to use for improvement? Especially regarding women, it is important to see what are the facts of this society. What are the atrocities, which cannot be ignored in any case, and what are the facts that are the product of some other problem, how to solve them? Here also there is a need to adopt positive and active thinking instead of reaction.
If women take their steps towards economic self-sufficiency, their struggle for their rights can also lead to a major change in society. In Islamic history, Hazrat Khadijah, Hazrat Aisha, and Hazrat Fatimah are role models for women in the society. Women should follow their teachings and their golden principles to lead the country and the nation in the best way.
