How do democratic societies ensure that all voices are heard and that minorities are protected?

India is the only country in the world which is said to be the pioneer of the most distinguished and distinct democracy, in whatever part of the world there is democracy, humanity has developed itself intellectually, practically, religiously, linguistically, civilly and culturally. But considered independent. In fact, the meaning of democracy is that there should not be any kind of restriction or abuse with the human group, there should be no discrimination of religion, language, color and race. The civilizations and societies that remained abominable have been destroyed and destroyed, therefore the secret of the development and development of the country, nation, and society lies in adopting the same behavior and attitude towards the human group, abuse and prejudice. Try to avoid it as much as possible.

India has many institutions and laws for the protection and protection of minorities but these provisions are not practically implemented. Especially in the last few years, the attacks against the minorities have increased a lot, their places of worship are also being targeted, the government also seems to be failing to protect the rights of the minorities, due to which they are subjected to various types of violence. They face prejudices, discrimination and harassment at various levels and their religious rights and identity are repeatedly undermined.

The existing institutions for the protection of minority rights have to work under government pressure and seem unable to solve the problems of minorities.

Experts question whether the minorities really have the rights that the constitution has given them. Tapan Bose, Secretary General of the Human Rights Forum, a non-governmental forum for human rights, told Voice of America that the Constitution has given rights, but governments do not act according to the Constitution.

According to him, Muslims and Christians are specifically targeted whether it is in the name of beef or now in the name of Jihad. They say that since 2014, Muslims have been entering their homes and it has been seen that they are not eating beef.

He says that today in India, the lives and property, honor, culture and religion of minorities, especially Muslims, are in danger. A senior human rights activist said that if minorities try to raise their voices against injustice, their voices are suppressed.

If the principles of justice and equality start to be implemented in our society, then it can be said with full confidence that when the foundations of human society are based on justice, tolerance and equality, nothing can hinder our progress. Respect for each other's religions, philanthropy and brotherhood will develop in Mahala Samaj. Obviously, in today's age of violence, humanity desperately needs sincere love and loyalty.
